- Courses are very practical and hands-on. We have a typical ratio of 70% practical supported by just 30% theory
- Techniques are tried and tested and proven to work in the real-life incidents and not just the controlled environment of the classroom
- Can be adapted in order to ensure that all learner’s preferred learning styles are met. This is achieved through PowerPoint, Video Links, Group Discussions and Practical Demonstrations
- Will reflect the type of environment that you are most likely to work in or the type of scenarios you are most likely to face
- Help build and confidence in the learner’s ability to deal with what’s in front of them
- The ratio of Instructor to Learners varies depending on what accredited course is being delivered
- Synergy training services trainers are approved instructors and NUCO registered, as part of their centre approved status with First Aid Awards Ltd, which is an OFQUAL and SQA regulated Awarding Organisation.
- ALL qualifications that meet the needs of the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) under the Health and Safety (first aid) legislation 1981
- Upon successful completion of the qualification assessment, learners will be awarded a fully accredited certificate
- We are authorised and regulated by our awarding bodies and in turn have to comply with Ofqual in England and Wales and the SQA in Scotland guidance.
- We hold the following insurance

- Employers Liability ÂŁ10 million
- Professional Indemnity ÂŁ5 million
- We are also members of the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
