Working Safely

IOSH
The minimum classroom contact time of 6 hours should be delivered over a minimum of 1 day. (This course can be delivered virtually over Zoom or Face to Face).
A maximum of 20 students are allowed.
The qualification is available to learners aged 16 or over.
Who should attend?
IOSH Working Safely is designed and approved for all levels and businesses in the UK.

What is IOSH Working Safely?
IOSH Working Safely provides delegates with an understanding of their individual and collective duties to contribute to Health & Safety in the workplace. This 1-day IOSH course covers an introduction to case law updates, criminal law and individuals’ responsibilities.

A range of subjects are covered over 4 Modules:

• Unit 1 – Introducing Working Safely
• Unit 2 – Defining Hazard & Risk
• Unit 3 – Identifying Hazards
• Unit 4 – Improving Safety Performance

IOSH Working Safely is assessed as follows:

• Multiple-Choice assessment, in which candidates must demonstrate what they have learnt.

On completion of the course all candidates who successfully pass both parts of the assessment will be issued with the IOSH Working Safely accredited certificate.
